Lucy is a Sydney-based multi-disciplinary artist who has exhibited across NSW, been a finalist in numerous prizes and had works featured in group exhibitions focusing on mixed. media, print and photographic art. In 2025 she graduated from National Art School with a BFA majoring in Printmaking. Her practice is distinguished by a thoughtful integration of technical skill and conceptual depth, contributing to ongoing conversations around liminality, visibility, and the poetic dimensions of everyday experience.

Lucy’s work explores transitional spaces, focusing on the thresholds between clarity and obscurity, presence and absence. Engaging deeply with themes of ambiguity, control and surrender, she creates contemplative, atmospheric images that invite viewers into moments of quiet reflection and unresolved narratives.

Drawing inspiration from personal experiences of motherhood she combines slow, ritualised photographic processes with layered printmaking techniques to evoke emotional landscapes marked by stillness, tension, and subtle complexity. Her approach highlights the balance between intention and chance, transforming image-making into a performative act of mindfulness and presence.

Through her art practice, Lucy seeks to create spaces where personal and public intersect, encouraging a slow, attentive engagement.
